“I wanted to extend my gratitude towards Ken and the entire staff of the Regency Palms Oxnard on the fabulous treatment we received yesterday during my mother , Carolyn Przeracki's, move-in. We were greeted with balloons and streamers in her hallway, as well as a large, beautiful bow adorning her door! It was a classy touch! The entire staff present came to welcome my mother personally and introduce themselves to my entire family. It helped calm her nerves and provided answers to any questions we had. I left the facility with full confidence that my mother would be safe and well nurtured.”
