Friends Make The Best Neighbors
We love to welcome new residents into our community—especially when they’re a friend or family member of a current Regency Palms family. When you refer a friend to our community, you will earn $3,000 when they move in and they will receive $1,000 as a thank you.
Here's How It Works:
1. Introduce a friend. A current or former resident or family member introduces a friend to our community.
2. They move in. Your friend signs a residency agreement and moves into his/her new home.
3. You earn up to $3,000*. You earn $1,000 for each month your friend stays with us, up to a maximum of $3,000.
4. No Limit*. There is no limit to the number of friends you can bring into our community, so keep spreading the word.
*Void where prohibited by law. Program not valid for admissions covered by Medicare, Medicaid, respite/short-term stays fewer than 90 days or skilled nursing. New admissions subject to determination of appropriateness for residency pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. Participation is limited to current residents, former residents, family members of a current or former resident, eligible volunteers, and eligible Regency Palms Oxnard team members. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Award may be considered taxable income in some jurisdictions.
